Description: Ginger Turmeric Immune-Boosting Energy Juice (Yields roughly 2 cups of juice)
INGREDIENTS:
•2 cups organic ginger
•2 cups organic turmeric
•6 organic lemons
•1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
•Scrub the ginger and turmeric under water until clean, then chop them into smaller pieces.
•Peel the lemons.
•Add a couple of pieces into your juicer at a time and juice!
•Add to a glass container with the black pepper, stir/shake until evenly combined, and enjoy! I take one shot of juice first thing in the morning.
*Store in the fridge and use within four days for optimum health benefits. The juice is still good after four days, but the benefits will not be quite as strong. Give the juice a good shake each time before you pour a shot because the pepper always settles to the bottom.
