One of my all-time favorite desserts is Bread Pudding. I like it hot or cold. After refrigerating overnight, the flavors truly get more and more absorbed into the bread and the cream thickens. No need to reheat as it is perfect right out of the fridge!

1 tsp of Skinny Syrup’s Salted Caramel (add more if you like a stronger flavor)

3 cups of Almond Milk
3 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tbs of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tbs of Cinnamon Powder
2 ½ tbs of Monkfruit Sweetener (pick any Keto sweetener you like and add more to your taste)
