Description: INGREDIENTS
– Carrots
– Cabbage
– Green Capsicum
– Chilli
– Garlic
– Ginger
– Salt
– Maida
– Corn flour
– Oil
– Green onion
– Green Garlic
– Onion
– Soya sauce
– Vinegar
– Chilli sauce
– Black pepper
PREPARATION
– Finely chop carrot, cabbage, green capsicum, chilli, garlic and ginger
RECIPE
Step 1 – In a big bowl properly mix
– chopped carrot and cabbage (1 cup each)
– chopped green capsicum (3 – 4 table spoon)
– green chilli (to taste)
– garlic and ginger (1 tea spoon each)
– all purpose flour(Maida) – 1/2 cup
– cornflour 1/2 cup
– salt (to taste)
Step 2 – Apply oil on palms and make small balls
Step 3 – Put oil to heat, for deep fry and meanwhile coat the Manchurian balls with cornflour.
Step 4 – Deep fry the balls till golden brown
Step 5 – Make cornflour paste – Take 2 table spoon of corn flour and add water to make a thin paste
Step 6 – In a pan heat 3 table spoon of oil. To it add 1 tea spoon of each ginger & garlic and 1 tea spoon of chopped green chilli. Stir it for 30 seconds on high flame.
Step 7 – Then add chopped green onion 2 table spoon, chopped celery leaves 1/2 table spoon , and chopped green garlic 1/2 tea spoon. cook it for a minute on high flame.
Step 8- To it add large diced onion, green capsicum, and cabbage. cook for a minute on high flame.
Step 9 – Add- salt to taste,
– soya sauce – 1 /2 table spoon,
– vinegar – 1/4 tea spoon,
– chilli sauce and pepper powder to taste.
cook it for a minute on high flame.
Step 10 – Add the cornflour paste. after the paste gets thickened add the Manchurian balls. Mix it well.
step 11 – Add 2 to 3 table spoon of water.
