We are bringing you a series of HEALTHY PLANT BASED Thanksgiving recipes each week for the next 4 weeks so that you can use them to make an entire plant based menu for the holiday. Or you can simply pick and choose a couple of recipes if you want to bring a dish or two with you to your destination! The recipes will include appetizers, side dishes, main dishes and desserts. We will both present one of each which gives you a total of 8 great recipes!

Healthy on a Budget YouTube Channel
3 Sisters Soup
1 carton (13.4 ounce) of Cannellini beans or any bean of your choice
1 cup sweet white corn
1 cup onion
1 cup butternut squash
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
Splash of water to sauté
Salt and pepper to taste
Jalapeño or other chili to taste (optional)
2 mini bell pepper (optional)
Pinch of cayenne powder (optional)
3 cups veggie broth (more or less depending on how thick you want your soup; mine could have been thicker, try 2 1/2 cups if you want it thicker).
1 cup – 1 1/2 cup tomato paste or diced tomatoes (add more tomato paste if you want a thicker soup).
Pressure cook in Instant Pot for 12 minutes or cook on stove top for at least an hour.
